MMS Rent a car - Terms of use

Driver

The driver of a rental car must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years..

The shortest period for car hire

1 day (24 hours).

Deposit

Deposit is required and in the price list. Credit cards can be used (VISA, MASTER, DINERS and DINA).

Unlimited mileage

If rent a car lasts longer than 3 days, the mileage is unlimited. For cars rented up to 3 days, the mileage is limited to 150km per day.

Fuel

The fuel is paid by the tenant . If a tenant returns a vehicle with less fuel than at takeover, the tenant is obliged to pay the fuel difference at current prices.

Insurance in case of damage (CDW)

The tenant can be insured from damage if he pays 4€ per day, otherwise participates with 10% in the damage. This insurance does not relieve the lessee of responsibility for violations of traffic regulations and rules, reporting damage to the police ... Damage to tires and the lower Trench car rental vehicles are not covered by this insurance and the tenant is obligated to pay 100% damage.

Protection against theft

For relief from liability when stealing a rental car vehicle lessee can pay € 4 per day. This means that the tenant is free from damage when stealing a rental car vehicle. If the tenant does not want to pay € 4 per day, is obliged to pay 10% of the value of a stolen vehicle rentacar. The lessee must report the theft to the police and an official report is required, traffic licenses and original keys, otherwise insurance is not valid.

Night delivery / receipt of the vehicle

(20:00 to 08:00 hours) will be charged 20 €. Delivery / receipt vehicles on Sundays will be charged 20 €.

Use of vehicles

lessee is obligated to take care of rentcar vehicle and in case of problems notify MMS Auto car rental agency. Off road drive is not allowed, as well as racing, towing other vehicles, borrowing vehicle to another person, and modifications to the vehicle.
